I dont have an E-Mail address, or I do not remember what E-mail address I entered when I registered. Now What?
It is possible that you may not yet have a User Name.
The new MyPHA website was just released in May 2007 for the 2007-2008 academic year.
If you have NOT registered a new User Name and Password since May 2007, then you will need to go back to the home page, and
create them in the 'Create a New MyPHA Account' section.
If you have registered since May 2007 and are still having problems logging in, or identifying your User Name, Password, or
E-Mail address,
you may contact our support staff at Support@My-PHA.org.
